The effective date comes from the Social Services and Other Legislation Amendment (2014 Budget Measures No. 6) Act 2014, Schedule 1, Part 1, item 46: from 20 September 2014 the Energy Supplement replaced the Clean Energy Supplement, with an amount of $366.60 for a person who is not a member of a couple. The Social Security Guide (5.1.10.20) gives $366.60 as the yearly rate and says the Energy Supplement is not indexed.",
