    "notes": "The combined loan and pension payment each fortnight cannot be more than this share of the maximum pension rate. Services Australia says a person who does not get a pension can get a fortnightly loan payment up to this share of the maximum rate of their qualifying pension. The effective date comes from Schedule 3 of the Social Services and Other Legislation Amendment (Supporting Retirement Incomes) Act 2019, which commenced on 1 July 2019.",
