About these terms
These terms apply when you use retirementwealth.com.au, its data files and API, and its MCP server (together, the service). Using the service means you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
What the service is
Retirement Wealth provides selected factual information about Australian retirement rules and rates. It does not provide personal or general financial product advice or recommend financial products. Summaries may not cover every condition or exception. Check the linked official sources and obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances before making financial decisions.
This is not a government website.
Accuracy
We check new and updated figures against the linked official government sources before publishing them. Each figure shows the date it applies from and the date it was last checked. Figures can change after we last checked them. If a figure here differs from its official source, the official source applies.
Using the data files, API and MCP server
They are free to use, with no key and no sign-up, and they are read-only. We may add limits, change them or stop them at any time. We do not promise that they will always be available or free of errors. Software and AI assistants that use them do so at their own risk.
When you use the service, you must not:
- disrupt it, overload it or try to get around a limit;
- try to reach anything that is not published;
- say or suggest that Retirement Wealth endorses, recommends or is connected with a financial product, service or business.
Quoting and linking
You may quote or cite a figure with a link to its page on this site. Name Retirement Wealth as the source and give the date the figure applies from. Charts with an embed code may be placed on another website as described on the chart's page. Statistical series from the Australian Bureau of Statistics and the Reserve Bank of Australia stay under their publishers' licences, shown on the Data and API page. For any other use of our text, charts or data, email info@retirementwealth.com.au.
Responsibility
To the extent the law allows, Retirement Wealth is not liable for any loss that comes from using or relying on the service. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

How the service handles information is set out in the Privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
